Arrival at Holguín or Santiago de Cuba Airport
Welcome by Solways staff and local guide. Transfer by air-conditioned direct bus to a hotel in the city of Santiago de Cuba. Santiago de Cuba is a place that has its own rhythm. Historical, musical and festive, it is a city of warm and hospitable people. Located in the eastern region of Cuba, it is distinguished by being the most mountainous of the Cuban provinces and the most Caribbean of all and also is listed as the Hero City of the Republic of Cuba. Santiago de Cuba feels passion for music. It is the birthplace of the son and the bolero, so it is no coincidence that it is the birthplace of some of the greatest exponents of Cuban music.

Departure by bus to the City of Santiago for a tour with includes visits to: Museo Diego Velásquez, Santa Ifigenia cemetery where great Cuban historical personalities rest, visit to the Moncada Barracks, to the Morro de Santiago. Lunch at the Morro de Santiago restaurant with the best view of the bay
Transfer to El Cobre community, visit the Monumental Church and enjoy the legend about the patron saint of Cuba. Vigen de la Caridad del Cobre
Back to the hotel. Free time

Transfer to Baracoa with short transit time in Guantánamo
Arrival in Baracoa, also called the First City, founded on 1511 with the name of Our Lady of the Assumption of Baracoa.
Declared a National Monument, the city is located between the Macaguanigua and Miel rivers. Among its natural attractions is the Toa river, marked by numerous waterfalls, being the best known El Saltadero with 17 meters high and the mountains of El Yunque that owes its name to the similarity of it with the piece used by the blacksmiths.
In this city the Cruz de Parra, symbol of the Christianity, that brought Christopher Columbus in his first trip is conserved inside a showcase and with a silver pedestal.
Lunch at Rancho Toa. Visit to Rancho Toa and walk in cayucas, old aboriginal boats
Transfer to the hotel . Visit to the Matachin Fortress, Accommodation
During the evening, after dinner walk through the old part of the city, boulevard and main church where is located the aforementioned Cruz de Parra.
Days 4
Breakfast at the hotel.
Visit El Yunque, mountainous formation symbol of the city, the visit will be done using mountain truck named Serrano. Brief tour of the campsite to the little school along the Duaba River and to the waterfall where you can see the Charco de la Piña (natural pool of the Duaba River)
Lunch at Finca Duaba, You can learn about chocolate route. The walking ends tasting a nice chorote.
After lunch, continuation of the trip back to Santiago

Transfer to the province of Holguin. Holguin, is distinguished by its authenticity, diversity and high level of sustainability. Its picturesque reliefs of great scenic value constitute a set of tangible elements, loaded with cultural symbols. The extraordinarily crystalline waters and the white sand of the northern littoral demonstrate the excellence of its beaches. For those who love nature, the sunset in these beaches has unique contrasts with a progressive predominance of green vegetation over the blue sea.
Holguin is known as the City of Parks, We will organize a panoramic visit to the Plaza de la Revolución, the cigar factory, to the UNEAC hall where a sample of the work of local artists is exhibited. It is included the visit to La Periquera, a site of great historical value besides Patio de la Rumba, where songs and dances of Afro-Cuban roots are shown.

Transfer by jeep for a tour to Pinares de Mayarí, located in the National Park of La Mensura at 680 meters above sea level, with a microclimate where nearly 300 endemic species of Cuban flora live.
On the way you will visit Birán founded by the Castro’s family on November 15, 1915, tours of the relative’s houses, the school, the mail, the fence of roosters, the warehouses and the cemetery.
On the way to Pinares, stop for photos and contemplation of the landscape with various types of mountain vegetation, Nipe Bay one of the largest bays in the world with 25.9 km long and 16.8 km wide.
Visit the Salto del Guayabo contemplating from a viewpoint natural waterfalls with a fall of 85 and 117 meters respectively at an elevation of 560 meters above sea level.
