Delegates and Students
The registration fee for delegates and students includes: accreditation module (credential, bag, event memories with ISBN, pen, academic program and information about the congress and participant's diploma), attendance at the academic activities of the congress, specialized visits, official opening and closing activities, cultural gala and farewell activity.
Student
To be able to pay the corresponding tuition to a student, an official letter from a university certifying that the student is an undergraduate student must be presented. In case you can not prove your condition, you must complete the payment as a delegate.
Delegates and students must wear their identification badge at all times to access the activities.
Payment of the registration fee
Delegates may pay the registration fee in three ways: online, by bank transfer or in cash. In the latter case, participants may pay the fee established in the Havana Convention Center, headquarters of the Convention.

Each participant will receive an individual confirmation, indicating the name and registration category. The registration will be activated upon receipt of the corresponding deposit.

Payment Condition:
All registrations require prepayment.
Event registration rates are subject to changes except when reservations have been confirmed. All rates are quoted in Euros. If any change involves an increase in price/rate, payment will be required at the time of change and the change and it will not be effective until payment is received and confirmed.
The total charge includes all services described by registration category, as well as fees for access and booking. Any incidental charges such as airport taxes, parking, phone calls, tips and room service will be handled directly between you and the supplier or property.
