in collaboration with the Organizing Committe of the event. Each participant will receive an individual confirmation, indicating the name and registration category. The registration will be activated upon receipt of the corresponding deposit. For group registrations, companies are requested to send their request by e-mail to eventos@solways.com Different payment and cancellation policies will be applied.

Payment Condition:


All registrations require prepayment.


Event registration rates are subject to changes except when reservations have been confirmed. All rates are quoted in USD. If any change involves an increase in price/rate, payment will be required at the time of change and the change and it will not be effective until payment is received and confirmed.


The total charge includes all services described by registration category, as well as fees for access and booking. Any incidental charges such as airport taxes, parking, phone calls, tips and room service will be handled directly between you and the supplier or property.


Cancellation and Refund Policy:


Cancellations or changes must be received in writing to eventos@solways.com Once you have paid for your registration, the following cancellation policy applies:


Cancellation of Registration:




  • Devolution it will be to the same credit card that you made a payment, except 15.00% of total amount for administration fees.




Accomodation

The travel agency $SOLWAYSCUBA$ facilitates all reservations electronically for $EVENTNAME$, offering you special rates to guarantee your accommodation and other activities in close collaboration with $RECEPTIVO$  the event's incoming agency.


The Organizing Committee, through the Travel Agency $RECEPTIVO$ and $SOLWAYSCUBA$, offers the option of organizing your accommodation package, transfers to and from the international airport, as well as other services associated with the event.

Booking Conditions


$SOLWAYSCUBA$ facilitates all electronic reservations for $EVENTNAME$, offering special rates to guarantee your accommodations and other activities in close collaboration with Havanatur, the event's hosting agency.


Each participant will receive a personalized confirmation, indicating the name and address of the hotel, as well as details of each of the services included in the reservation. The reservation process will be finalized with the receipt of the corresponding deposit.

For group reservations (more than 10 rooms), your request must be sent by email to eventos@solways.com. Special payment conditions and cancellation policies apply.

Payment Conditions


All event-related services must be prepaid. Your credit card will be debited 24 hours after your reservation is made for the amount indicated at the time of booking. The charge will be made in USD to the payment gateway indicated on the screen. You will receive written confirmation, along with other details related to the requested service, at the time of confirming your reservation. Solways Cuba accepts online payments with Visa or Mastercard credit cards.

Accommodation Cancellations:


Cancellations or changes to your reservation must be notified in writing via email to $SOLWAYSCUBA$ at eventos@solways.com. Once payment for your reservation has been made, the following cancellation policy will apply:




  • Cancellations received 30 business days prior to arrival: 100% of the package will be refunded less a 20% administrative fee.

  • Cancellations received 29-7 business days prior to arrival: The total amount of the reserved accommodation package will be refunded less the amount of the first night plus a 20% administrative fee.

  • Cancellations received less than 7 business days before arrival: No refunds apply.



Booking your accommodation package through our website is a quick and easy process. You'll only need to follow five steps to receive your final confirmation.



  1. Hotel and Date Selection : You can choose from the list of hotels associated with the event, customizing your arrival and departure dates based on your flight connections. Up to three double rooms can be booked simultaneously for up to six event participants.

  2. Review and Summary : Display of the final price to be paid per passenger, as well as the total amount and details of the selected accommodation package.

  3. Personal Information : You must enter your personal information (First Name, Last Name, Email Address, etc.)

  4. Payment : You must enter your credit card information directly into our payment center. You will automatically receive a notification of the transaction status. We use SSL services to ensure the complete privacy of your personal data.
