Delegates y students ( * )
Registration fees for Delegates and Students covers: registration pack (credential, CD with official documents and ISBN, academic program, information about the Congress and Participant's certificate), participation in the working sessions of the Congress, specialized visits, official opening and closing ceremonies, cultural gala, and farewell activities.
Student ( * )
Students (undergraduate students only) are required to show an official university letter to certify their undergraduate status. Students are allowed to pay online or by bank transfer, but at the time of picking up their accreditation module they must present the letter that proves their status as an undergraduate student. In case they cannot prove their condition, they must pay as a delegate.
Delegates and students must wear their badges at all times to gain access to activities.
Accompanying person ( ** )
Registration fee for accompanying persons covers participation in official activities of the opening and closing ceremonies, cultural gala, farewell activities, and a specialized visit. Participants who are accredited with this condition will receive neither the delegate accreditation module nor the participant's diploma. They are not qualified to attend the academic program activities of the event.

Each participant will receive an individual confirmation, indicating the name and registration category. The registration will be activated upon receipt of the corresponding deposit.

Payment Condition:
All registrations require prepayment.
Event registration rates are subject to changes except when reservations have been confirmed. All rates are quoted in Euros. If any change involves an increase in price/rate, payment will be required at the time of change and the change and it will not be effective until payment is received and confirmed.
The total charge includes all services described by registration category, as well as fees for access and booking. Any incidental charges such as airport taxes, parking, phone calls, tips and room service will be handled directly between you and the supplier or property.
