Registration

On line registration through our web site is a simple process of only 5 steps, before you receive final confirmation:

Active members: members with updated annual payments established by the Cuban Psychology Society.

** International Delegates Solidarity Contribution Payments: people and/or institutions, associations that pay to financially support the organizers of the event.

*** For undergraduate students only, who must submit an official letter that proves they are undergraduate students, duly signed and stamped by their institutions at the Havana International Conference Center. Undergraduate students can also send scanned photocopies of this letter by e-mail to the Organizing Committee so that early online payment can be made.

In the case of Institutions, Associations and/or International Agencies, which manage to form groups of more than 25 participants to attend the event, we are working to set possible discounts and readjustments of payments.

For National Lecturers and delegates

• Payment is made after receiving confirmation of your proposal acceptance from the Organizing Committee.

     Registration fees include:  

• Delegates and (undergraduate) students: Credential with access to all working sessions of the event, documentation (including General Program and DVD with the Proceedings of the Congress), participation in social activities, certificate as participant and certificate as lecturer with academic registration.


• Accompanying people: Credential, souvenirs, participation in all social activities, oficial opening and closing ceremonies. No access to wotking sessions.

Each participant will receive an individual confirmation, indicating the name and registration category. The registration will be activated upon receipt of the corresponding deposit.

For group registrations, companies are requested to send their request by fax (53 7 204 5956) or e-mail to eventos@solways.com  Different payment and cancellation policies will be applied.

Payment Condition:

All registrations require prepayment.

Event registration rates are subject to changes except when reservations have been confirmed. All rates are quoted in Euros. If any change involves an increase in price/rate, payment will be required at the time of change and the change and it will not be effective until payment is received and confirmed.

The total charge includes all services described by registration category, as well as fees for access and booking. Any incidental charges such as airport taxes, parking, phone calls, tips and room service will be handled directly between you and the supplier or property.

Acreditations made directly in Cuba will be quoted in CUC
