1. Registration per category: You have the posibility to select up to 12 person per registration category at the same time (Participant, student or accompanying person).


2. Registration Review: You should be able to obtain at that moment a summary for the final charge per person, as well as the total to be paid.


3. Personal Information: You should fill out personal information (Name, Last name, e-mail address, etc)


4. Payment: Will be carried out by credit/debit card. We use SSL system.


5. Confirmation: You will receive by e-mail confirmation with all the details of the participants and services included.

For conference participants, the registration fee includes reception, conference dinner, working lunches, refreshments, conference materials and a one day excursion.

For accompanying persons, the registration fee includes reception, conference dinner and a one day excursion.

Registration Condition:

CUBAGROUPLANNER is the web-based travel agent for the 4th Conference on Optimization Methods and Software . It cooperates with the Organizing Committe of the event. In order to benefit from the special condition, please use one of the following methods for paying the registration fee::

Each participant will receive an individual confirmation, indicating the name and registration category. The registration will be activated upon receipt of the corresponding deposit.

Students must show a current student ID or an equivalent certificate upon check-in at the registration desk in Cuba

Payment Condition:

All registered persons are required to pay the corresponding registration fee. The early registration fee payment will close on November 20, 2017.

All rates are quoted in Euros.
