On line registration through our web site is a simple process , before you receive final confirmation:

The registration fee includes:

• Registration fees ensures access to all Symposium sessions, the printed program, the abstract book, the Attendance and Speaker / Poster certificates, the use of the audiovisual media, the coffee breaks during the Congress days, as well as the right to participate in other scientific collateral and social activities such as the Welcome and the Farewell Cocktails.


• Individuals who pay and attend as an Accompanying Person will only have access to the Welcome and the Farewell Cocktails.  


• Accompanying persons who pay their registration fee will not have the same admission rights as the Congress delegates.

Registration Condition:

CUBAGROUPLANNER is the web travel agent for the 10MA. CONFERENCIA CIENTÍFICA INTERNACIONAL DE LA UNIVERSIDAD DE HOLGUÍN in collaboration with the Organizing Committe of the event. Each participant will receive an individual confirmation, indicating the name and registration category. The registration will be activated upon receipt of the corresponding deposit. For group registrations, companies are requested to send their request by fax (53 7 204 5956) or e-mail to eventos@solways.com  Different payment and cancellation policies will be applied.

Some personal information must be shown by students during registration process in Cuba

Payment Condition:

All registrations require prepayment.

Event registration rates are subject to changes except when reservations have been confirmed. All rates are quoted in USD. If any change involves an increase in price/rate, payment will be required at the time of change and the change and it will not be effective until payment is received and confirmed.

The total charge includes all services described by registration category, as well as fees for access and booking. Any incidental charges such as airport taxes, parking, phone calls, tips and room service will be handled directly between you and the supplier or property.
